1.      Learned counsel for the appellants has stated that matter between the parties has been compromised. Order dated December 02^nd, 2015 passed by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Yamuna Nagar has been placed on record in this respect.  In view of that, this appeal be dismissed as withdrawn.

2.      It is ordered accordingly.

3.      The statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited at the time of filing the appeal be refunded to the appellants against proper receipt and identification in accordance with rules, after the expiry of period of appeal/revision, if any.
