This revision petition was dismissed for non-prosecution on 28.11.2011 in the presence of the respondent who appeared in person, and also on the ground that the amount involved was only Rs.15,071/-.  Question of law was left open.

For the reasons stated in the application, order dated 28.11.2011 dismissing the revision petition for  non-prosecution is recalled without issuing notice to the respondent and the revision petition is restored to its original number.

        By the impugned order the State Commission has quashed the demand of Rs.15,071/- raised by the petitioner against the respondent.

        We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order, as the amount involved is only Rs.15,071/-.  Dismissed.
