Case called out repeatedly. Complainant is absent. O.P. is present through Shri.Rajiv Dixit, Advocate. It appears from perusal of the record that, the complainant is not appearing since long back. The Learned Counsel for the O.P has drawn our attention towards settlement letter dated 12/04/2016 filed by both the parties whereby, both the parties have settled their disputes out of the Forum. The complainant is not appearing after filing of the settlement letter before this Forum. In view of the above, there appears no justification for further proceedings in the present case. The present case is dismissed. Let record be consigned.
