Present :-   Adv. Rahul Kumar Proxy for Complainant alongwith Complainant in person.

After intervention of the Bench, both parties are ready to settle the matter for an amount of Rs. 28,00,000/- alongwith interest @ 8.5% p.a. from the receipt of last installment i.e. 13/11/2019 till realization to be paid in six equal installments starting from 30/12/2023 to 30/05/2024 as full and final settlement

The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
