In terms of order passed by us on 01.06.2017, cheque for an amount of Rs.24,84,000/- has been returned in original to Sh.Pramod Kumar, SDO, Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam, Pataudi. Photocopy of the aforesaid cheque has been retained on file.

                        Today, all the three decree holders namely Mrs. Parmila Devi wife of late Sh.Ranbir Singh, Master Kuldip Singh (son) and Ms. Priya (daughter) are present in Court.               Sh.Pramod Kumar, SDO, Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam, Pataudi has handed over three cheques bearing Nos.410307, 410306 & 410308, all dated 09.06.2017 in the sum of Rs.8,28,000/- each in the name of all the three decree holders namely Parmila Devi (wife), Kuldip Singh (son) and Priya (daughter) of the deceased, to Mrs. Parmila Devi wife of late Sh.Rajbir Singh, decree holder No.1. Photocopies of the aforesaid cheques have been retained on file. She undertakes that she will deposit the amount of Rs.8,28,000/- each in the name of  Kuldip Singh (son) and Ms. Priya (daughter) in fixed deposit receipt for a period of two years.

                        In view of above, this execution application stands disposed of having been fully satisfied.

                        Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
