No one appears for the petitioner though the matter was passed over once on request of representative of the counsel for the petitioner. Even then, we have looked into the impugned order and the grounds set up in the revision petition. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case and the material brought on record, we are satisfied that the impugned order passed ..2.. by the State Commission is eminently justified and does not suffer from any illegality, material irregularity or jurisdictional error which calls for our interference in revisional jurisdiction u/s 21(b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. The revision petition is dismissed.
