ORDER

No one appears on behalf of the petitioner even on the second call. On perusal of pleadings of the parties, we find that this is a case of power theft. Therefore, in view of the judgment of the Honle Supreme Court in U.P. Power Corporation Ltd. & Ors. Vs. Anis Ahmad (Civil Appeal No.4566/2012 decided on 01.07.2013), this matter being a case of power theft, the consumer fora has no jurisdiction to entertain the complaint. Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed. The petitioner is, however, granted liberty to avail appropriate remedy before the proper forum.
