                    Case called several times since morning.  It is now 3.00 p.m.,  but nobody appeared on behalf of the complainant. This complaint was filed by the complainant on 18.07.2013.  The complainant has annexed only one photo copy of the disputed bill.  The complainant despite availing a number of opportunities for about 2 years has failed to adduce any evidence in support of his case.  For the last few yearings nobody is appearing on behalf of the complainant. It seems that complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint.  Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order and in default. File be consigned to the record room.
