                   Case called several times since morning but none appeared on behalf of the complainant. It is now 2.30 p.m, case called again but none appeared on behalf of the complainant.  This case is pending for the evidence of the complainant since 27.08.2014.  But the complainant despite availing a number of opportunities has failed to adduce her evidence.  Although the counsel for the OPs has closed his evidence on 15.10.2015.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint and the complainant is not appearing in this case on the last few hearings.  Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order and in default. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
