The case record is put up today. This case is fixed for order. From going through the case record it transpires that after the institution of this case the complainant of this case is not taking any effective steps in this case and a petition has also filed on behalf of the complainant that evidence has not been gathered to proceed with this case and it has prayed to dismissed this case.
