The complainant has appended a note on the first page of the complaint that he withdraws this complaint with liberty to file fresh.

                   In view of the above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the appropriate Authority/ Court/ Forum/ Commission, as per law.

                   The complainant states that the original paper book of the complaint be returned to him. The Registry is directed to return the original paper book of the complaint to the complainant  after retaining a copy thereof against proper receipt and identification.
