                   Sh.O.P.Mittal Advocate for the applicant/JD No.2.

                    File put up today on the application of JD No.2 for recalling of order of bailable warrants dated 08.07.2022 on the ground that JD No.2 has honoured the award dated 26.10.2020 by making the payment of Rs.47875/- by cheque no.13436 dated 09.04.2021. Now nothing is due against the JD No.2.  DH has also moved an application for put up the file for withdrawal of the present execution as he has received the payment of Rs.47875/- from the JD.

                    Ld. counsel for the DH also made a statement that he has received the payment in the present case. So she does not want to proceed with present execution.

                   In view of the statement made by ld. counsel for the DH, present execution is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. However, bailable warrants issued against JD No.2 vide order dated 06.09.2022 of this Commission be recalled forthwith.

                   Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost and file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
