2. Sargam India Electronics Private Limited., through its Managing Director/authorized signatory/Manager, Plot no.03, Avtar Colony, Kunjpura Road, Karnal, Haryana.
3.  M/s Radhey-Radhey Service Centre, 170-R, Model Town, Karnal (Service Centre), through its Manager/Prop.

Complaint u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.

ORDER:

The learned counsel for the complainant made a statement that the matter has been compromised with the opposite parties and  he does not want to pursue with the complaint.

In view of aforesaid statement, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
