ORDER

                    Sh. Ramnik Gupta, counsel for OP-1 has made the following statement, recorded separately:-

                   “On instructions of my client, the OP-1 offer to pay the invoice amount of Rs.66,800/- to the complainant within 30 days in full & final settlement of the dispute towards this complaint, subject to the return of the articles sold vide Invoice dated 15.04.2015”.    

                   Sh. Abhishek Bhateja, counsel for the complainant and Sh. Satinder Singh Arora, complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately:-

                   “I accept the offer of OP-1. I withdraw this complaint. I shall return the articles purchased vide invoice dated 15.04.2015 at the time of receiving of the payment”.

                   In view of the above statements, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties shall be bound by their statements.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
