The OP is ready to pay Rs. 33000/- in full and final settlement. Subject to the condition that the complainant would return the subject matter AC Indoor & Outdoor Split AC to OP on ‘as is where is basis’ to which the complainant has agreed. Accordingly OP is directed to pay Rs. 33000/- to the complainant within 30 days from the date of this order in full and final settlement of the subject matter of this complaint and complainant would return the AC (Split AC Indoor & Outdoor Unit). The OP would pick up the Split AC (Indoor & Outdoor Unit)system from the house of complainant at its cost at the time of handing over the DD. 

Matter is disposed off as in above mentioned terms.

Copy of this order be given Dasti to both the parties. 

File be consigned to record room.
