ORDER

Complainant is present. Today is fixed for filing fresh step by the complainant upon the OP. At this stage Ld. Advocate for the complainant files a petition under order Vi Rule 17, read with section 151 of the C.P.C with a prayer for amendment of cause title of the petition of complaint. Let the amendment petition be treated and register as M.A case No. 5/2022.

On a careful perusal of the content of petition under order Vi Rule 17, read with section 151 of the C.P.C. It appears that if the prayer for prosed amendment as per schedule of the amendment petition be allowed by this Commission, then the nature and character of the case would not be changed. The prayer for proposed amendment is formal one. Thus the same can be allowed and which is required for the proper adjudication of the case.

Hence,

         Ordered,

                         that the M.A Case No. 05/2022 on considered and allowed exparte. The complainant is directed to file the amended petition of the compliant within the statutory period.

Fix. 21/03/2022 for filing amended petition of complaint by the complainant.
