                   Sh. Indermohan Pal Singh, Adv. Cl. for JDs/Dada Motors has suffered a statement that he tender Cheque No. 078950  dated 21.06.2016 in favour of Sh. Ashok Kumar s/o Chiranji Lal for Rs. 1,12,475/- of Bank Of India, Bharat Nagar Chowk Branch, Punjab and Rs. 2000/- in cash for payment to the applicant/DH as full and final payment.

                   On the other hand, Sh. Ashok Kumar applicant/DH has suffered a statement that he has received Cheque No. 078950  dated 21.06.2016 in his favour for Rs.1,12,475/- of Bank Of India, Bharat Nagar Chowk Branch, Punjab and Rs. 2000/- in cash in this Forum today, as full and final payment. So, he does not want to pursue with  the present execution application and the same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   In view of the above, the present execution application is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.  File be consigned to record room.
