Kuldeep Vs.  Dadu Kirpa Traders etc.

 

Present:-       Sh. Kuldeep Thakan, Advocate-complainant in person.

                    Sh. Naresh Tanwar, Adv. for OPs.

 

                    At this stage of arguments, learned counsel for OPs has  made a statement that OPs are ready to pay Rs.28,000/- (Rs. Twenty eight thousand) to the complainant in the shape of Demand Draft by Wednesday, otherwise  will pay interest @ 12% on the said amount.

                    Upon which, complainant has made a statement that in terms of above statement, he withdraws the present complaint before Pre-Lok Adalat.

                    Statement of both the sides recorded.

                    In view of the statements, present complaint stands disposed of. Parties are directed to remain bound by their respective statement. Certified copies of this order be sent to parties concerned, as per rules. File be consigned to the records, as per rules.
