The complainant has moved an application for dismissal of the present complaint on the ground that, he has paid entire dues to the opposite party under OTS Scheme and there is no-dues of the opposite party against the complainant. The Learned Counsel for the opposite party has endorsed his “no-objection” on this application. In view of the above facts and circumstances, there is no justification for further proceedings in this case. The present complaint is dismissed as not pressed.
