          The appellants are the opposite parties in CC.386/06 in the file of CDRF, Ernakulam.

          The order of the Forum appears incomplete as such and unexecutable.  The counsel for both sides requested that the matter may be remitted back.  In the circumstances the order of the Forum is set aside.  The Forum is directed to decide the matter afresh and pass an executable order.

          The case stands posted before the Forum on 3.9.2010.

          Office is directed to forward the LCR to the Forum along with the copy of this order.
