Order No. 02, Dated: 04.01.2022

Today is fixed for admission hearing. The record is taken up for admission hearing. Ld. Advocate for the complainant moved the case.

Perused the complaint and the documents filed by the complainant. It appears that one vehicle being No. WB57E/4665 was given to OP No. 2 on the basis of lease agreement for rent and for the commercial purpose and as the OP No. 2 did not give rent and as the OP Nos. 1 & 2 took up the liability for the same, he has filed this case under the Consumer Protection Act. From this very fact of this case it can be said that he is not at all consumer under the Consumer Protection Act and he used the care for commercial purpose. Therefore, this complaint does not attract the provision of the C. P. Act, 2019.

Under the above facts and circumstances the case is not admitted and thus disposed.

Hence, it is

O r d e r e d

that this case is not admitted and thus disposed of.

Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of cost as per provisions of law.
