ORDER

Order dt.28/06/1995 Complainant's son present. Heard regarding the maintainability of the complaint. The complainant is not a consumeras defined under the consumer Protection Act, 1986. The dispute is regarding the jewels of the family and as such this Forum has no jurisdiction to entertain this complaint. The complainant has to approach the civil court for redressal.
