ORDER

The case is fixed for hearing today. Advocate for the O.Ps are present. Advocate for the complainant is also present.  On dt.07.10.2015 both the parties filed a memo petition on the ground that the complainant received the outstanding amount from the OPs. and settled  in between the parties amicably  outside the court premises and the complainant do not want to proceed with the case any further.   Heard from both the sides and allowed the petitions filed by the parties.

 

In view of the present memo petition, the present case is dropped as withdrawn. 

Accordingly the present case is disposed of.
