The hearing of Misc. Application no.32/2024 is taken up in presence of both sides.

It appears that O.P. no.4 has deceased on 12.08.2019 as per death certificate filed on affidavit by the complainant. As per prayer O.P. no.4 be substituted for proper adjudication of the case.
