                                The  complaint has filed a  memo stating therein that he has received the claim amount  of Rs.3,962/-  vide Cheque No.069377 dt.02.12.2015 towards the final settlement  of Policy No.590302547  with full satisfaction and prayed to withdraw the case.

                                We perused the petition and also heard the   complainant.  As the complainant   has   received  his claim amount and does not want to proceed further with this and want to withdraw  his complaint ,  the complaint is  hereby withdrawn  and disposed of accordingly.                       

                                Send the copy of order to both the parties free of cost.
