The parties have compromised. Statement of the complainant regarding compromise had been recorded separately wherein he has stated that they have compromised and has received a cheque dated 7.11.2014 for Rs.20,000/- and withdraw the present complaint, subject to realization of the cheque. In view of statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
