The complainant  is absent. None present on her behalf. Perused the record. The case of the complainant is that her husband namely Nageshwar Ram had electricity connection and    he died 18 years ago. The further case is that the husband of the complainant was regularly paying electricity bill in his life time. The further case is that on 10-11-2019 electricity bill of Rs.4,37,820/- has been sent in the name of her Late husband on 29-11-2019. The complainant  was directed to file death certificate of Late Nageshwar Ram and thereafter on providing four opportunities  she did not file the same. On perusal of annexure i.e electricity bill, it transpires that the bill is in the name of Nageshwar Ram. The complainant has also annexed  photocopies of red Rashion card and election Identity  card  along with Aadhar card in which name of her husband has been shown as Nageshwar Ram. She has  not filed any document to show that Nageshwar Ram has been died. She is not Consumer of the Electricity. In the circumstances, this complaint petition is not maintainable and as such the same is dismissed at admission stage itself.
