Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant.

No step taken by the complainant today. None appears on behalf of the complainant during its call repeatedly.

O.Ps   are  absent.

On scrutiny of records, it appears that since 3.11.2023 the complainant was absent without steps. None appeared on behalf of the complainant. Therefore, on 25.06.2024, complainant was directed to show cause as to why the present complaint shall not be dismissed for non-prosecution    and date was fixed on 15.07.2024.

Today, the complainant is also absent and no step is taken on his behalf. Therefore, we have no other option but to dismiss the complaint on the ground of non-prosecution.  

Hence, it is

that the present Consumer Complaint being No.11/2020  be and the same is dismissed for default    against the complainant without any cost.

M.A. case being No. 16/2021 is also dismissed for default.
