Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant.

No step taken by the complainant. None appears on behalf of the complainant during repeated calls.

On scrutiny of record, it appears that on 24.08.2023, complainant was directed to show cause as to why the present complaint shall not be dismissed for non-prosecution and the date was fixed on 19.09.2023 and today also the complainant is found absent without any reply to the show cause. Therefore, we have no other option but to dismiss the complaint on the ground of non-prosecution.

Hence, it is

O r d e r e d

that the instant Consumer Complaint being No.17of 2020 be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution against the complainant without any cost.

 

Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties on free of cost.
