Both the parties are present through their Ld. lawyers. Considering the whole dispute it is found that O.P.-s Ld. Lawyer submitted that question of disconnection does not arise if monthly rent is paid by the customer.

Complainant-s Ld. Lawyer has submitted that  they are paying rent regularly.

Considering all the above fact we are convinced to hold that O.P. shall not deduct / disconnect the consumer line of the complainant if regular payment is made except in case any disruption  due to technical reasons and for natural disruption.

In view of the above premises complainant to clear all balance rent of the present telephone line and enjoy it and O.Ps. shall render service as usually without taking any negative attitude for filing the case and further O.P. shall take such social approach in respect of  all grievances of the consumers as it is O.P.-s corporate social responsibility to avoid litigation cost.

Accordingly this complaint is disposed of finally and spirit of the total order shall be followed by the O.Ps. to render more smooth services to the consumers for gaining a brand usage to the customers at large to make the Government concerned a professional establishment.
