ORDER

Order dt.31/10/1995 Complainants' representative is present. Counsel for the respondetns says that the repondents have already filed objection on 28/06/1995 itself and hence the cost be waved off. Since, objections have been filed long back, the cost awarded on the last hearing date is by mistake and the same is cancelled. The representative of the complainants and the counsel for the repondents says that now the bus service is coming and that there is no problem. Since bus service is re introduced and as the respondents have fulfilled their obligations this complaint is closed for the time being.
