ORDER

Sombir Singh Vs. State of Haryana etc.

 

Present:-                 Sh. Tilak Raj B.K., Advocate for complainant.

 

1.                 Today the case is fixed for consideration on admissibility of the complaint.

2.                 At this stage, Ld. counsel for complainant has made a statement, recorded separately, that he withdraws the present complaint with permission to file it afresh and to return the original documents attached with the complaint.  

3.                 Complaint be registered.

4.                 In view of the above statement, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn with permission to file it afresh on the same cause of action before appropriate Court/authorities. Benefit of limitation period allowed in favour of complainant as per law. Original documents, if any, attached with this complaint be returned to the complainant after retaining photocopies of the same on this case file.  Copy of this order be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. Case file be consigned to the record-room, after due compliance.
