ORDER

This revision is directed against the order dated 27.9.2012 passed by the Andhra Pradesh State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad whereby the State Commission declined to permit the petitioner/opposite party to file its written version. Learned counsel for the respondent states that respondent has no objection if the revision petition is allowed and the petitioner/opposite party is permitted to file its written version before the State Commission. In view of the concession given at the Bar, revision petition is allowed, impugned order is set aside and petitioner is permitted to file its written version before the State Commission, if not already filed, latest by 11th September, 2013 alongwith its affidavit evidence. The State -3- Commission shall thereafter decide the matter in accordance with law at the earliest, if possible within six months. No order as to costs.
