We direct the OP to hand over to the complainant, on balance payment being made, the possession of the suit flat, complete in all respects in terms of prayer (a) of the complaint. Complainant shall be paid compensation in terms of prayer (b) calculated at the rate of 9% on Rs. 30,51,000/- from 08/06/2013 till the date the possession is handed over to the complainant. The complainant shall also be paid Rs. 50,000/- in terms of prayer (c) towards inconvenience, mental stress, hardships suffered by the complainant , and Rs. 5000/- as costs in terms of prayer (d). Possession of the suit flat completed in all respects to be handed over to the complainant within 30 days and the payments herein ordered shall also be made to the complainant within 30 days, failing which they shall carry interest at the rate of 9% thereafter till they are made.
