ORDER

A copy of letter dated 01.04.2014 has been placed on record, which shows that the possession of house, viz Extension Home No.8117, Phase-IV in DLF Qutab Enclave Complex, has been delivered to respondent No.2, a joint-allottee of the said house along with Shri D.K.Sehgal, her husband, since deceased. The letter shows that the said respondent has taken possession of the house unconditionally and has no more claim against the petitioner-company in respect of the said house.                                                                                                                                   In the light of the said letter, we feel that no further orders are called for in the present revision petition. The same stands disposed of accordingly. It is stated by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-company that as of today both the parties have no claim against each other. However, if in future any charges are payable by the residents/owners of the houses in the said colony, these would be payable by the said respondents. Ordered accordingly.
