In this case, Counsel for OP filed application on behalf of the OPs to adjourn the matter sine-die, in view of SLP No.18376 of 2021 titled as Reliance Retail Ltd. Versus Dharam Pal and Anr.pending before Hon'ble Supreme Court & fixed for 11.1.2023 and Order's dated 7.10.2022 passed by Honb'le State Commission, Pb., Chandigarh in three appeals preferred against the D Mart. Heard. In view of the pendency of the above said SLP No.18376 of 2021 before Hon'ble Supreme Court and Honb'le State Commission, Pb., Chandigarh, having adjourned three appeals preferred against the D Mart. The present complaint is adjourned sinedie & shall be taken after the decision of Hon’ble Supreme Court or as & when any application is filed by either of the parties. Accordingly File be consigned to the record room.
