Today, Sh.Raman Kumar Sharma, Advocate has filed an application on behalf of OPs to adjourn the matter sinedie, in view of SLP No.18376 of 2021 titled as Reliance Retail Ltd. Versus Dharam Pal and Anr.pending before Hon'ble Supreme Court & fixed for 11.1.2023 and Order's dated 7.10.2022 passed by Honb'le State Commission, Pb., Chandigarh in three appeals preferred by the D Mart. Heard. In view of the pendency of the above said SLP No.18376 of 2021 before Hon'ble Supreme Court and Honb'le State Commission, Pb., Chandigarh, having adjourned three appeals preferred by the D Mart. The present complaint is adjourned sinedie & shall be taken after the decision of Honble Supreme Court or as & when any application is filed by either of the parties. Accordingly File be consigned to the record room.
