In this case, Counsel for the OPs filed the application to adjourn the matter sinedie with regard to adjourning the matter sinedie in view of SLP No.18376 of 2021 titled as Reliance Retail Ltd. Versus Dharam Pal and Anr.pending before Hon'ble Supreme Court & fixed for 11.1.2023 and Order's dated 7.10.2022 passed by Honb'le State Commission, Pb., Chandigarh in three appeals preferred against the D Mart. Heard. In view of the pendency of the above said SLP No.18376 of 2021 before Hon'ble Supreme Court and Honb'le State Commission, Pb., Chandigarh, having adjourned three appeals preferred against the D Mart. The present complaint is adjourned sinedie & shall be taken after the decision of Honble Supreme Court or as & when any application is filed by either of the parties. Accordingly File be consigned to the record room.
