          Complainant and OP filed joint memo stating about the settlement arrived between parties.  Recorded.  As per the settlement memo, OP will remit Rs.61,000/- in the bank account of the complainant within 15 days from the date of award of this case (ie today 06/05/2024) as full and final settlement.  Failing which the amount rs.61,000/- will carry interest @7% per annum from today till realization.  This case is decreed as per compromise.  Compromise condition will form part of decree.  Complainant can execute the order as per provision in Consumer Protection Act 2019.
