When the matter is taken up for consideration, the Judgement Debtors 3 & 4  have filed a Memo and stated that the balance amount of Rs.55,000/- has been paid to the Decree Holder.  Thus, the entire award amount was paid to the Decree Holder.

In view of the Memo filed by the Judgement Debtors 3 & 4, this Execution Application is terminated.   No costs.
