  1. This complainant’s appeal is directed against the order dated 11.04.2018 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Panchkula whereby the complaint was dismissed being devoid of any merit.
  2. Case called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of appellant. In fact it is for the last eight consecutive occasions whenever this appeal was fixed for hearings, also nobody has appeared on behalf of appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal. It is already 4:00 P.M. No more wait is justified. Therefore, appeal is dismissed in default for want of prosecution.   
  3. A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act. The order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
  4. File be consigned to record room along with a copy of this order.
