SANA SIDDIQUI V/S CROMA, JANAKPURI & ORS.         

Present :- Ms. Sana Siddiqui complainant in person.

                    Shri Ishant Tyagi advocate for OPs-2 and 3.

           File again taken up on joint application of parties. Earlier order stands cancelled. In view of separate joint statement of Ms. Sana Siddiqui complainant and  Shri Ishant Tyagi  advocate for the opposite parties no.2 and 3 of even date the complaint is settled between the complainant and the opposite parties no.2 and 3 and as per the settlement the opposite party no.3 shall replace old mobile handset with new mobile handset of same make and model with warranty within 30 days from today to the complainant as full and final settlement. The complainant shall returned the accessories along with the job sheet to the opposite party no.3.

          In default of replacement in time the opposite party no.3 shall refund the cost of mobile handset and be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum from today till actual realization. Copy of order be given Dasti. File be consigned to record.
