On As per order dated 13.08.2020, counsel for the complainant was contacted on 11.08.2020, who informed that he is no more appearing in this case.  The matter is still at the admission stage.  It appears  that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter further.  Accordingly the complaint is dismissed in default of appearance and for non-prosecution.
