Case has been called several times since morning and ultimately at 3 p.m., but none appeared on behalf of the applicant. Whereas counsel for the respondent No.3 has produced on record copy of the order dated 6.7.2015 vide which Hon'ble State Commission has stayed the execution of the impugned order qua the respondent No.3 as the respondent No.3 had already deposited Rs. 20995/- at the time of filing the appeal before the Hon'ble State Commission. Whereas respondent No.1 & 2 had already obtained stay order from the Hon'ble State Commission by depositing their requisite amount as per order dated 29.1.2015 and 12.3.2015. As such, execution of the impugned order has been stayed qua all the respondents by the Hon'ble State Commission. Today, none appeared on behalf of the applicant. It seems that the applicant is not interested in prosecuting the present execution application. Resultantly, present execution application is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. However, applicant is liberty to file a fresh execution application after the decision of the appeal by the Hon'ble State Commission. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
