Present none for complainant since 21.10.2016, 21.11.2016, 20.12.2016, 02.02.2017, 08.03.2017, 18.04.2017 and today consecutively. As nobody is appearing on behalf of complainant since 21.10.2016 it appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing his case. It will be abuse of process of law to proceed further in this case in complainant’s absence. Hence complaint be dismissed in default accordingly for the reasons mentioned above.
