ORDER

                    The complainant has received a Banker’s Cheque of Rs.17,190/- bearing No.003013, dated 11.01.2019 drawn on HDFC Bank, from the OP towards settlement of his claim.  He also appended a note on the first page of the complaint itself with regard to withdrawal of the present complaint on receipt of cheque of Rs.17,190/-. 

2]                In view of the above, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being settled.

                   Certified copy of this order be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
