The Complainant and Opposite Parties and their advocate Shri. Mannadiar are absent. The matter was kept for order on 18/02/2015. The decision in the matter was ready for declaration, however, as the member was on leave therefore, final order could not be delivered. The Complainant on 18/02/2015 filed pursis to allow him to withdraw this complaint. We find that, as the Complainant has filed withdrawal pursis to withdraw the complaint on the date of decision of final order the Complainant is required to pay the cost of Rs.2,000/- to the Opposite Parties in total. The complaint is therefore, disposed for want of prosecution. The Complainant to pay cost total Rs.2,000/- to the Opposite Parties.
