ORDER

Complaint is allowed with cost of Rs.1000/- as under:- 1. O.P.1 and 2 are directed to refund an amount of Rs.29635/- with interest at the rate of 18% p.a. from 14.01.2003 upto 14.05.2005. The interest for a period of 2 years 4 months from 14.01.2003 to 14.05.2005 comes to Rs.12446/-. The O.P.1 and 2 shall pay the principle amount of Rs.29635/- and interest of Rs.12446/- that is total amount of Rs.42084 on or before 14.05.2005 to the complainant by D.D. with damages of Rs.3000/-. If they fail to do so, the complainant would be entitled to recevie future interest at the rate of 18% p.a. on the entire amount of Rs.42081/- from such date till the date of payment. Send the copies of this order by RPAD to O.P.1 and 2 and under COP to the complainant.
