CONSUMER COMPLAINT NO. 816  OF  2017

Sh.Anand Swami, Legal Manager of Opposite Parties(OPs) with Sh.H.S.Kathpal, Counsel for Opposite Parties(OPs).

ORDER

1.        Heard. Parties have compromised the matter outside the Forum. Compromise deed Ex.C-A produced before this Forum duly signed by complainant as well as Sh.Anand Swami, Legal Manager of OPs. For the confirmation of the compromise, this Forum has obtained the signatures of signatory to the compromise. Hence, compromise deed confirmed. In view of the terms and conditions of the compromise deed, following direction is passed:

     -    Complainant shall continue to pay EMI of   Rs.22,702/- in 48 installments to the OPs and complainant shall make no further payment. There shall   be no further payment demands from the OP Bank. The loan after 48 months of the scheduled EMI payments   will be treated as paid up and the loan will be      closed. 

2.        The statement of legal manager of OPs is accepted to be correct by the complainant. In view of the same, complainant withdraws the present complaint. Parties shall be bound with the terms and conditions of the compromise deed. This complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised and contents of the compromise deed shall form a part of this order.

3.        Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned
