Complainant absent.

From perusal of the record it appears that the comlainant vide order dated 26.04.2023 was directed to produce the FIR of the Cyber police Station, Jehanabad in relation to his grievance. In his absence on 28.06.2023 even this complaint was admitted even but since there after the complainant is regularly and repeatedly abstaining him self and he left pairbi to persue his complaint. It appears that the complainant has lost interest in persuing this case. Hence, the present complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.
